Hughes Staying
Morning (if anyone's around)
Well, its officially confirmed that MH will be staying in charge next season. I'm not convinced he's the right man for the job but we desperately need an extended period of consistent management so I will be backing him to the hilt for the coming season. I just hope he is able to bring in the type of players - grafters with skill - that we need and not have has-been prima donnas foisted upon him.

Morning Christine,
No point in moaning about MH now so I think everyone should get behind him inc myself and trust in those with all the Money on there Judgments.
Like yourself I do hope we don't end up with Prima Donnas most of the most loved City players have been grafters and not Big name Big priced paid for players Goater for example..

Hi James
Yes, it will be very interesting to see who comes in during the summer but I do fear that it will be the ADUG influence which will hold sway (i.e., past-it galacticos, etc.)

Re: Hughes Staying
I'm sort of happy in a way that he is staying. As much as I hate losing to teams like Fulham (no disrespect) and I always take it out on Hughes. But I'm delighted that we're gonna have a manger that will last two seasons! Been awhile..

At least there's little chance (one hopes!) of us going through a relegation battle in the coming season so hopefully, a top six finish.

Oh ye of little faith! C'mon.... betya. I predict 6th (not even I, an optimist, think we will be any higher). Pick a placing and we'll see who's nearest.

Re: Hughes Staying
I reckon 8th. We're still progressing along nicely. I'll see who we buy in the summer and I'll change my prediction then
